Smile (Signal/Pepsodent) is the cornerstone brand in Unilever’s oral care portfolio with leading position in markets across developing and developed world. The brand’s purpose of spreading outstanding oral health around the world so everyone can unlock the power of their smile has a long standing, loved and proven social mission programme around educational school programs to promote day and night brushing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development and production of assets to deliver the agreed content calendar.
- Management and evaluation of influencer campaigns globally and supporting local markets’ campaigns with guidance on briefs and implementation.
- Supporting the development of global partnerships to land content through their channels and guide markets in local partnerships.
- Development of content based on search strategy to drive oral care education and product recommendation.
- Management of everyday relationship with agencies and partners.
- Close cooperation with digital team to execute always on content calendar through digital.
- Work with markets to ensure always on content plan is clear, integrated in the overall engagement plan and roles and responsibilities are agreed.
- Develop content as part of innovation launches
BUSINESS SKILLS
- Experience in development of brand communication and especially content development for social media, through influencers and media partnerships, from digital advertising agency or media agency.
- Experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing and search.
- Strong track record of On Time in Full delivery.
- Personal care experience is welcome.

- Excellent communicator, able to work effectively with the wider brand team and local teams.
- Self-starter able to work independently.
